About Advanced Aircraft Training

 

David and Rowland Taylor who are not related but share a common surname are the founders of Advanced Aircraft Training Ltd and both bring an unparalleled expertise into what is now one of Europes leading aircraft type training schools. Rowland met David an ex Royal Air Force Squadron Leader Engineering Officer who at the time was running a US based training school and Advanced Aircraft Training Limited was born.

 

Rowland Taylor made his way into training after holding senior management positions in Manpower, Aircraft Operations, Leasing, Line and Base maintenance and then in Training setting up one of the first European EASA PART 147 Independent training schools based in the United Kingdom. To date Rowland Taylor has taught aircraft engineers in around 24 different countries.

 

David's career has ranged from a Training Officer with the Royal Air Force to Training Manager at Manx Airlines. David is an extremely experienced aircraft instructor being UKCAA approved on British Aerospace, Boeing and Airbus aircraft, his main function with AAT is currently product development.

 

Rowland takes care of all marketing and sales and the day to day running of AAT whilst David looks after training related activities and course presentations.
